I need to know what chemicals are in memory foam. I bought an expensive memory foam contour pillow and cannot use it. I have a chemical allergy from working in a lab over 30 years. When I sleep on the pillow, I have dizzy spells and have weak and sick the next morning.I cannot not find a pillow made out of the foam that was used in the 80s and 90s, I need a new orthopedic pillow bad. Please answer my email. Thank you. Joan

I have had a temperpedic mattress for 8-9 years and have loved it. Recently I wake up with pain in my hip from laying on one side too long. Could this be that the mattress is wearing out and not as sturdy as it used to be? I know temperpedic has a 20 year warranty.
Any comments would be appreciated.

We recently purchased a sleep innovations memory foam mattress. So far so good! Can I use an electric mattress cover on the memory foam mattress? In cold weather I like to heat the bed so my feet are warm.

Thanks for a reply!

How does using an electric mattress heater or electric blanket affect the Memory Foam? Will it really shorten the life of the Memory Foam Mattress? Thanks for your input.

I would like to know specifically what gasses are emmitted from "Novafoam" memory foam mattresses, mattress toppers and others of that nature. There is an advisory with the product warning of possible allergic reactions and proper airing prior to use. The degree of odor is quite remarkable for a time after opening as noted by most customers.
