(being sarcastic) I'm having a spinal fusion of L4-5. I'm only 51 but watched my Dad go thru this. Is is worth it? I don't take any pain meds. I'm against them. I used to walk 3 miles a day lucky to make 2 blocks. I'm tired of feeling in constant pain. I've done the shots, have had the nerves radiated. Tried physical therapy thought I was going to die. She is leaking spinal fluid also. Im really scared about whats going on and would like to have detailed info. about what takes place during this surgey.
